Laura's classes are an oasis of tranquility in a busy week. Laura demonstrates a deep knowledge of yoga and leads each session in a calm and thoughtful manner that always challenges the body while relaxing the mind. The guided meditation at the end of each session helps me achieve a level of deep relaxation that is hard to reproduce elsewhere. I leave each class feeling very relaxed, well stretched and looking forward to the next session.
