One to one yoga classes
One to one teaching is the optimal way to adapt yoga to the individual student.
The first class will start with a discussion, to allow me to get to know you and to understand your aims, needs and abilities. Your practice will be designed to help you reach a goal.
Laura is a fantastic teacher with great attention to breath, flow and correct alignment. I really enjoyed her fabulous class and feel refreshed and free in my body afterwards. I would definitely recommend! Thanks again Laura
I usually go to the gym so when I saw Laura's event I said I'll give Yoga a try. I love it, I really think that a combination of Gym and Yoga would be beneficial to everybody
Laura's classes are an oasis of tranquility in a busy week. Laura demonstrates a deep knowledge of yoga and leads each session in a calm and thoughtful manner that always challenges the body while relaxing the mind. The guided meditation at the end of each session helps me achieve a level of deep relaxation that is hard to reproduce elsewhere. I leave each class feeling very relaxed, well stretched and looking forward to the next session. I highly recommend Laura's yoga classes as a form of exercise and to relieve some of the stresses of everyday life.
